RESET Recognizes WellStat Air Lite as an Accredited Air Monitor

The WellStat Air Lite indoor air quality monitor has officially joined the growing list of more than 70 RESET Air Accredited Monitors after successfully completing RESET’s three-week testing and data analysis process and confirming compliance with the applicable standard requirements.
Alongside this milestone, WellStat is also announcing the launch of its new mobile application, providing users with convenient access to indoor air quality and building performance insights directly from their mobile devices. The app extends the WellStat platform experience, allowing users to monitor connected devices, view key environmental data, and stay connected to building performance wherever they are.
Designed for continuous indoor air quality monitoring, the WellStat Air Lite measures particulate matter (PM), carbon dioxide (CO₂), volatile organic compounds (VOCs), nitrogen oxides (NOx), temperature, and relative humidity. The compact monitor is designed for deployment across a variety of indoor environments, including commercial buildings, offices, multifamily residential properties, and homes.
The WellStat Air Lite supports connectivity to the WellStat cloud through Wi-Fi or LoRaWAN. Measurement data is uploaded to the WellStat cloud at five-minute intervals and can be accessed through the WellStat online platform, where users can view real-time and historical air quality data.
The platform provides data visualization and analysis tools, supporting property owners, operators, and occupants in monitoring indoor environmental conditions and making informed decisions.
"Earning the RESET Air Accreditation for the WellStat Air Lite reinforces our belief that healthy indoor spaces shouldn't come at the expense of energy efficiency. In the past, improving air quality often meant over-ventilating and driving up utility costs. By pairing this certified, high-fidelity monitoring with our intelligent analytics platform, building operators can now precisely balance tenant comfort and wellness with strict energy conservation goals, proving that sustainable buildings can also be high-performing ones."
