360 N Green is a 26-story office building located in the heart of Fulton Market, Chicago. Developed by Sterling Bay, it features approximately 500,000 square feet of modern office space, along with a mix of retail and amenity spaces. The building includes a fitness center, a duckpin bowling lounge, a roof deck, and a public park that serves as a central amenity for tenants and visitors. For the 360 N Green RESET C&S project, the first-floor lobby and the parking garages served by MAUs on the second and third floors will be excluded from the project scope. AHU-2.1, which serves the first-floor lobby and some functional spaces on the second floor, can be considered independent from the base building HVAC systems. Floors 4 through 25 receive supply air from two Dedicated Outdoor Air Systems (DOAS), each delivering 41,250 CFM of outside air. DOAS-1 and DOAS-2 are both located on Level 25 of the building. Levels 1, 2, and 3 are served by separate air handling and makeup air units—AHU-2.1, MAU-0201, and MAU-0301—which are considered independent from the remainder of the building’s HVAC system and are excluded from the RESET C&S project scope.
